This is the best thing for anyone that does any routing. A bit expensive, but worth every penny. It will encourage you to do more with your router and enjoy the many bits out there due to the ease of changing. I have not noticed any issue with unbalance, runnout or otherwise and I do quite a bit of woodworking. I really can't say enough good about this. Try it, you'll never go back to "two wrenches".
